Class: Welcoming the Sefirot into our Lives

The Kabbalistic concept of the Tree of Life, or Sefirot, is one that is difficult to conceptualize. We will learn how to bring this growth tool into our lives in a way that is understandable and usable. We will learn to use the Sefirot as a map that will lead us to revealing the Divine light within. During class we will also do a symbolic meditation on each branch of the Tree of Life.
