Class: The Four Worlds - The Four Elements

Jewish mysticism tells of the Four Worlds or energies that permeate our lives on earth. We must learn to connect to each of these emanations to live a balanced life. In this class, we will learn about these "four elements" and we will also participate in an experiential meditation on symbols representing these worlds.
